Recently launched in New Zealand with public scheduled dates rolling out in Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington. Closed group bookings are also available via a training quote and can be held at any location and venue of choice.

Course Objective
The objective of this half-day training is to provide participants with the necessary skills to effectively deliver messages that are positively received by recipients and encourage constructive change.

This training also covers different types of feedback, such as positive, constructive, and developmental, and how to tailor each type of feedback to specific situations.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice giving feedback through role-playing sessions and receive constructive feedback themselves.
